Before You Leave the Roost

Strip All Beds & Towels Strip all beds and place towels in bedroom doorways before you leave.

Adjust Thermostats Set thermostats to 78°F during summer and 64°F during winter.

Run the Dishwasher Load and start the dishwasher before you head out.

Take Out the Trash Take all trash to the outside trash can.

Lights & Remotes Ensure all lights are off and return all remotes to where you found them.

Lock All Doors Lock all doors upon your departure.

Propane Tank Ensure the propane tank on the grill is turned all the way to OFF.
Check-Out Time
Check-out time is strictly 11:00 a.m. Should you require a later check-out we will do our best, but you need to let us know beforehand. If we have guests arriving that day, it will be almost impossible to offer a late check-out due to the cleaners needing to prepare for those guests.
